Salvadore had a dolly, name Cecil, who one day tried to kill him.
The doll freaks Sal out, he runs, then he realizes he is a doll; not a doll; Pinnochio
killed doll, then!
As he came down from the Peyote trip, he lept over his
weeping "leaping" horror stricken, dead baby boy, with a face of solidity.
Then Salvadore realized that his name was not Sal, but Cecil, & that he was a cardboard box.
